Born and raised in Magnolia, TX, Carley is a proud Texas native with a deep love for family, community, and life’s simple joys. She’s married to her best friend and a proud mom of two, finding peace in ocean views, a good book, and the comfort of a home-cooked meal. As a bridal stylist, Carley sees every appointment as more than just zipping up gowns—it’s about walking alongside each bride during one of life’s most magical moments. Helping women feel beautiful, seen, and celebrated is truly her passion.

Bridal Stylist
Erica brings heart and joy to every Saturday spent with Elle Mae brides. A special education teacher by weekday and bridal stylist by weekend, she moved from San Antonio for a fresh start and found more than just a job—she found community. Recently married and expecting her first baby this fall, Erica loves cozy movie nights, game nights, exploring new restaurants, and diving into a good book. Her calm presence and genuine care help brides feel confident and cherished from the moment they step into the boutique.
Raylie
Bridal Stylist
Raylie joined the Elle Mae team in December and quickly became a bright light in the boutique. Now a proud Aggie, she’s attending Texas A&M studying Biochemistry and is on track to become a pharmacist. On weekends, she shares her time and heart with Elle Mae, helping brides find their dream dress. Her favorite moments are the smiles, the happy tears, and the joy that fills the room when a bride says “yes.” Raylie brings youthful energy and genuine excitement to every appointment. Gig ‘em!

Social Media Manager
Jillian is the creative spirit behind Elle Mae’s social media presence, capturing the magic of each gown, bride, and moment in between. With Elle Mae since day one, she’s loved watching the boutique blossom and sharing its beauty with the world. Whether she’s planning content, editing reels, or sharing sneak peeks, Jillian is all about celebrating love in its most authentic form. Outside of work, you’ll find her sipping coffee, shopping local, or strolling with a podcast in her ears.

Store Manager
Originally from the mountain landscapes of Wyoming, Rachel now calls Texas home—and Elle Mae her happy place. A proud wife and mom of two daughters, she brings warmth, humor, and real-world experience to every bridal appointment. After years in real estate, Rachel found her way to bridal styling in search of something purely positive—and she’s never looked back. Coffee, naps, and country music fuel her days, but helping brides say “Oui!” is what truly lights her up.
